Pulbic Safety Budget
The Town's contract with the Sheriff for police servies represents 25% of The Town's General Fund budget. The cost of this contract is increasing much faster than projected revenue growth. The Town Council will need to address this situation in order to maintain the Town's sound financial condition.
Public Infrastructure
It would be good to have a prioritized strategic plan to address repair and replacement of Town-owned infrastructure.
